Dr. Ailey Blystone
Dr. Ailey Blystone is on a mission to make you love going to the dentist (yes, really!). A graduate of one of the top dental schools in the country, the University of California San Francisco, Dr. Blystone combines her excellent education with a knack for putting patients at ease and a passion for creating beautiful smiles. She's using these skills to reinvent the dental experience at Tooth Café. Because family is important to Dr. Blystone, she and her husband decided to move back to Kentucky to raise their family closer to her parents. Dr. Blystone loves connecting with young families and patients of all ages to make their smile goals come to life. She can't wait to treat you and your smile soon!

First of all, who can say their dentist gives them under-eye patches and a lavender scented towel?! 🧖♀️I have terrible dental anxiety and got nervous around the X-rays, my hygienist took things so slow and even allowed me to skip a portion since I wasn’t up for. I can’t recommend Tooth Cafe enough, I think I found my forever dentist 🪥 🦷

Amazing experience with Dr. Blystone! As someone that generally feels pretty anxious visiting the dentist, those feelings quickly were subsided with the relaxing cafe, cozy blanket, and Netflix to enjoy while I received my treatment. WOW! This is what going to the dentist should be like. Dr Blystone and her team are just the best. Dia makes you feel comfortable the second you walk in the door. They have a coffee machine with Heine Bros coffee (espresso was delicious!), snacks, and a cozy seating area to chill while you wait. There’s even a “Comfort Menu” where you can select things like a blanket, aromatherapy towels (lemon is heavenly!), and you can even watch Netflix while they work on your teeth! Sabrina was my hygienist and so sweet, kind, and very thorough explaining everything. They even have the monitor welcoming you by name when you get to your chair. I had x-rays by Lily and Tisha, a gum exam, and cleaning, and everyone took such great care in making me feel as comfortable as possible. This office is a gem and I’m actually EXCITED to go back! Dr Blystone also mentioned they can see children, so this is a great choice for every member of the family.
I had one of the most comprehensive and personalized dental evaluations at the Tooth Cafe! All the staff were super nice and sweet! They also have a coffee machine and “real” coffee mugs, no plastic cups, which is impressive. I enjoyed my time there, did not feel like having a dental appointment. I highly recommend this place! And every patient is welcomed with their name written on the screen!
Absolutely love this place! Everyone was so nice and my fear of the dentist left so quickly! They had so many amenities from weighted blankets to the TV being on the ceiling! I absolutely loved how gentle and sweet they were! Dr Blystone was amazing! She explained everything she was doing before she did it and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. 10/10 would recommend
Wowwee! This was THE BEST dental appointment I’ve ever had. Coming from someone with dental anxiety, I felt comfy the entire time! Dr. B and her team are wonderful and so so sweet! The coffee is delicious and the comfort menu is the cutest, coziest thing! I chose a heated blanket, pillow and a lavender scented towel. Felt more like a spa than a dentist office! I could not recommend this place enough. It deserves more than 5 stars for sure!
10/10 recommend TOOTH café. From the moment I walked in until I grabbed a snack on my way out, it was like being at a spa. Dr Blystone was super nice, really gentle in my mouth and very informative. Call and make you an appointment!

I highly recommend Tooth Cafe for anyone who has an anxiety of the dentist (it’s great if you don’t have any too)! I walked in and it doesn’t feel like a dentist, and the employees don’t treat you as a patient. My hygienist and I talked like we were friends, while still getting all the information needed for my new patient exam. It’s clean and such a beautiful space! Highly recommend!

Dr. Blystone is the GOAT. I am terrified of dentists and had to have a root canal while conscious today; hardly felt a thing. She's A BLESSING. The staff is so sweet and funny! I had to call and be called probably five times (not a bad thing!) and each time she was so nice!
Dr. Blystone is awesome. I had two crowns, an extraction, and a filling done today. She made me feel so comfortable. I'm so glad I switched my dentist to her. I would highly recommend anyone to go to her.
